Community Energy Project is on track to install home energy retrofits in black-owned homes in Portland as part of our partnership with the Portland Clean Energy Fund (PCEF).  These retrofits include insulation, air sealing, heating and cooling system replacement, and related repairs. Some of the homes will also receive rooftop solar systems.  All clients are low income and the majority are seniors.
