The Do-It-Yourself Winter Weatherization Workshop has been running since 1979, teaching low income Oregonian’s low-cost energy saving techniques focused on draft-stopping that renters and homeowners alike will find valuable. The workshop includes information on weatherizing windows and doors and basic air-sealing locations and technique. Income-qualified participants receive a free kit of weatherization supplies to install in their home.
This year, workshops will be held virtually, via a livestream on Zoom. For interested participants who do not have internet, call-in options are available that only require access to a telephone.
