Prior to CEP, Jim was the co-owner of a residential contracting business that specialized in whole home care and energy efficiency remodeling.

Jim has a B.S. from the University of Oregon.  In his off time, Jim spends time cooking and learning new ways to prevent food waste.  Jim takes much joy in the simple pleasures of a full stomach and dignity that comes from having a space you call home.
