Engagement Manager

Haley Mountain is our Engagement Manager who oversees the Community Education Department and promotes new and existing relationships with community-based organizations, government agencies, and funders. With over 6 years of community education and engagement experience, she understands the importance of strong partnerships and needs-based programming.

Haley directly served over 1,500 households during her time as our Community Educator and, after moving into her current position in 2019, has worked closely with her team to develop the low-income program within the Oregon Community Solar Program. Haley holds a BS in Environmental Science and BA in Environmental Policy from the Huxley College of the Environment at Western Washington University. In her spare time, you can find her exploring Portland with her husband, Ian, or lounging around with her two cats, Walter and Violet.
