Frances Sandoval is new to Weatherization and Energy efficiency. She has over 14 years Administrative experience in Healthcare and is excited to begin her new journey with Community Energy Project as the Program Coordinator for In-Homes.

Her driving force is to assist the community with obtaining a safe, healthy and energy efficient home.
