Qualifications

Anyone can attend a workshop. To qualify for the free lead poisoning prevention kits, participants must live within our service area (Portland Water Bureau service area). There are no income restrictions. Community Energy Project's Lead Poisoning Prevention Workshop is sponsored by the Portland Water Bureau and Portland Development Commission, and community donations.
